About your new job Oversee transport of goods from suppliers to warehouses and customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Schedule shipments, track progress, and resolve logistics issues promptly.
Coordinate with vendors on production timelines and shipping plans.
Partner with warehouse and trading teams to manage inventory and maintain food-safety standards.
Provide shipment updates and handle customer inquiries.
Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overages.
Verify warehouse compliance with food-grade regulations.
Prepare and process shipment invoices accurately and on schedule.
Work with finance to resolve billing discrepancies.
Keep detailed records of logistics, inventory, and customer transactions.
Generate reports on logistics performance and compliance.
Address customer concerns quickly to ensure satisfaction.
Recommend and support process improvements for operational efficiency.
Input and maintain accurate data within company systems.
