Job Description: National Account Manager (Ireland)
About the Company
Anker Innovations is a global leader in consumer electronics, dedicated to enhancing everyday life through innovative technology. To accelerate our growth in Ireland, we are seeking a driven and experienced National Account Manager to develop key retail partnerships and drive sales performance for our Anker, eufy, and soundcore brands.
About the Role

Engagement Type: Outsourced Contractor (via third-party agency)
Location: Ireland (field-based, with remote flexibility)
Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential for renewal)
Reporting Line: Reports to the Senior Sales Manager, Ireland

Role Overview
The National Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key multiple retail accounts across Ireland, executing commercial plans, and driving sell-out performance. This role requires a blend of sales, training, and retail execution expertise, with a strong focus on in-store presence and partner development.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners at both store and head office levels.
Execute instore training programs to ensure retail staff are confident and knowledgeable in selling eufy and other brand products.
Negotiate and secure optimal instore positioning, displays, and incremental space in line with brand guidelines.
Work closely with brand, marketing, GTM, logistics, and finance teams to ensure aligned execution of campaigns and promotions.
Monitor and analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and address challenges.
Ensure timely activation of promotions and marketing campaigns in retail environments.
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Manage forecasting, sales-in/sales-out reporting, and aged stock minimisation in collaboration with the operations team.
Participate in trade shows and industry events as required.
Uphold a customer-focused approach and honour all commitments to retail partners.
3–10 years of sales or account management experience, preferably within the consumer electronics or electrical retail sector in Ireland.
Proven track record in business development, retail negotiation, and field sales.
Experience in product training and instore merchandising is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with sales reporting tools.
Full clean driving license is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to travel regularly within Ireland.
