Senior Business Analyst - Digital Banking:
Your role
As a Senior Business Analyst in Digital Banking, you analyze and structure business needs to support the evolution of digital banking solutions. You act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, aligned with banking processes, and ready for delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, structure, and challenge business needs related to digital banking services, including online and mobile banking functionalities.
Elicit and formalize requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation analysis.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and business rules.
Analyze and improve front-to-back banking processes, with a focus on efficiency, automation, and operational consistency.
Act as a functional bridge between business, IT, operations, and digital delivery teams.
Support Agile teams during backlog refinement, development clarification, and functional decision-making.
Prepare and support SIT/UAT activities, including test scenarios, functional validation, and defect analysis.
Ensure alignment with regulatory, security, and data protection requirements impacting digital banking.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across digital channels.
Requirements
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role within banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of digital banking platforms and banking processes.
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear and structured functional deliverables.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and modeling standards like BPMN or UML.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Fluency in French required. ; English; German or Luxembourgish are assets.
Where: Luxembourg, on-site presence required
