Commissioning Manager
This role is responsible for ensuring that all Commissioning and Operations personnel assigned to the commissioning are familiar with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental Preservation Procedures that apply on the site.
Responsibilities:
* Adhere to all HSEQ policies and procedures.
* Comply with the principles set out in the Project Charter.
* Site Safety Procedures in respect of Commissioning Activities.
* Manage commissioning interfaces between engine supplier and EPC contractor
* Ensure effective management of Isolations and safe system of work.
* Risk Assessment Procedures.
* Assist in development and review of a hot commissioning plan between engine provider and EPC contractor
* Manage development and implementation of grid synchronization and commissioning plans, interface between TSO, Engineer provider and EPC contractor
* Develop hold and stop points plan.
* Document all activities in a logical manner
* Liaise will all site personal to ensure a seamless flow of information between involved parties.
Attributes:
* Experience with HV, grid and interface testing preferably
* Electrical, mechanical and instrumentation experience
* Experience with reciprocating engine generators preferable
* 15 years' experience in a similar role
* Logical approach to commissioning activities
* H&S to form the overriding principle of the commissioning plan.
