Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Technical Manager to lead our local technical operations. This individual will be responsible for managing a small but highly skilled team of system, network, and database administrators. The team will closely collaborate with our Global ServiceNow Team to deliver seamless IT support for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a local team of 4–5 IT professionals, including system, network, and database administrators
* Act as the primary liaison between the technical team and global ServiceNow support teams
* Ensure SLAs and performance benchmarks are met for all customer service engagements
* Maintain compliance with German and EU IT regulations and data protection laws
* Represent the Berlin office in regional and global technical leadership meetings
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Proven leadership experience in IT operations or infrastructure management
* 5+years of experience managing a team, preferably in a technical or service delivery environment
* Solid understanding of systems administration, network architecture, and database management
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in multicultural and global settings
* Ability to travel to customer location.
