About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up new contracts on our billing system, collecting meter reads by email and phone, and issuing service invoices to customers on a weekly basis. They will also be required to liaise with our analyst to set up and cancel contracts, submit meter reads on a monthly basis, and unwind contracts as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working in a busy finance department, preferably in an Accounts Payable/Billing or related finance role. You must have a structured and organized approach to work, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Office 365 applications, including Excel, is also essential. Experience with Sage and Vantage software is an advantage.
