Support Worker and Assistant Job
We are seeking applications from energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the positions of Support Worker and Assistant.
The successful candidate will be afforded all necessary training and development in line with the role. Candidates must be highly motivated, creative, with a passion for engaging daily with Service Users. They will contribute to enriching lives by providing high quality care maintaining professional working relationships.
Job Objectives:
* To provide care to people availing of our service.
Candidates will support people through their daily plans while in the community; supporting education, skills development & personal outcomes as well assisting living skills such as cooking laundry etc;
Paying attention on being familiar & adhering to company policies procedures codes practice standarts regulations regards reasonable practicability,
The shifts work over 24 hours day seven days week required-skills-qualification ,
