- Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize GTM operations for greater efficiency, scalability, and impact. Serve as the central point of contact for project-related inquiries, offering guidance and solutions to ensure successful outcomes.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project plans, processes, and policies.

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders; communicate program updates, risks, and recommendations clearly and proactively. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement by promoting best practices and knowledge sharing across the team.

- Comfortable presenting to executive audiences, with demonstrated experience communicating project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
