Job Overview
You will join an established manufacturer of high-end bespoke contract furniture and interiors, known for precision craftsmanship and timely delivery.
* Design and manufacture high-end bespoke joinery (kitchens, wardrobes, wall panelling, reception counters, feature joinery, etc.) to exacting tolerances.
* Read and interpret detailed drawings/CAD, set out on site, and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
* Carry out high-quality site fitting nationwide: second-fix, scribing, templating, alignment, and finishing to premium standards.
* Collaborate with production managers, site managers, and designers to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality.
* Follow best practice for H&S, site etiquette, and care of tools/vehicles.
* Mentor apprentices/junior fitters where needed.
Key Requirements
* 5+ years experience in premium/bespoke joinery (manufacture and on-site fitting).
* Mastery of hand tools and modern woodworking machinery; strong finishing skills.
* Confidence with drawings, setting-out, and site coordination with other trades.
* Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
* Pride in workmanship, reliability, and a solutions mindset.
