Role Description:

Are you a commercially sharp professional with a knack for identifying business pain and orchestrating high-level conversations? IPM Software is looking for a Commercial Operations & Outbound Lead to join our team. Unlike a traditional sales role, this is a strategic execution position where you will work directly with our Commercial Manager to multiply our reach. You will operate on behalf of IPM Software to build trust, identify pain in scale-ups, and secure high-value meetings. This is not a sales rep role. It's a commercial operations + outbound orchestration role.

What You'll Do:

* Execute outbound outreach (LinkedIn + email)
* Build and prioritise lead lists against defined ICPs
* Send and manage follow-ups using approved messaging
* Triage replies and route them correctly (commercial vs technical)
* Book high-quality meetings (quality > volume)
* Surface insights:
* Objections
* Patterns
* Messaging feedback
* Support proposal drafting (commercial structure, not technical detail)
* Feed insights back weekly to the Commercial Manager

What We're Looking For:

* Strong commercial judgement
* B2B services or consulting exposure
* Comfortable supporting senior executives
* Excellent written English
* Structured, calm, detail-oriented
* Confident escalating when unsure

Ideal Background:

* Commercial Ops / RevOps
* Business Operations
* Customer Success (B2B)
* Consulting / Implementation support
* Founder or exec support roles

Required Skills & Competencies:

* Commercial "Cop-on": The ability to read between the lines of a prospect's reply and pivot the conversation based on business value rather than features.
* Consultative Writing: Exceptional written English skills, capable of writing peer-to-peer messages that sound like a founder, not a bot.
* B2B Experience: Proven experience in a B2B service, consulting, or RevOps environment.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to offer insights and suggestions on how to improve outreach scripts and targeting.
* Self-Motivated: Proactive in flagging issues and suggesting fixes to the outreach workflow.

Required Experience:

* At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Development, or a Commercial Support role within a B2B context.
