Client Service Team Leader Opportunity
As a Client Service Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a team responsible for day-to-day client servicing within Custody Operations. You'll act as the key point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders, driving service excellence, identifying opportunities for improvement, and fostering a collaborative environment where your team can grow and thrive.
* Several years' experience in Fund Services (Custody preferred) are required to excel in this position.
* Proven leadership capabilities and people-management experience are essential for success.
* A strong technical understanding of the securities industry is necessary for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to build strong relationships and motivate the team.
* The ability to lead by example, implement best practices, and motivate a team is crucial for driving service excellence.
* A passion for client service, continuous improvement, and inclusive team development is desirable but not necessary.
