Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate a team of laboratory technicians across microbiology and chemistry.
Plan and prioritize daily analytical work to meet business needs.
Monitor performance against KPIs and implement efficiency improvements.
Support team development through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of results using LIMS.
Oversee sample collection and coordination with third-party labs.
Maintain compliance with quality and food safety standards.
Manage lab infrastructure projects and method validations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, HR, and Operations.
What You Bring
2+ years in a quality management or supervisory role within food, healthcare, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of quality and food safety regulations.
Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
