Company Accountant - FTC We are currently hiring for an experienced & qualified accountant on behalf of our client on a 11 month FTC. What you will receive - Standard working week is 35 hours Competitive salary - €45,00 - €60,000 Flexible start/finish times On site catering outlets providing meals at discounted rates Access to car parking Professional membership fees paid for Hybrid working available after onboarding Key Responsibilities - Managing the day-to-day finance function Timely and accurate completion of all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including budgets, forecasts and annual financial statements Responsible for tax compliance (VAT, RCT, Property Tax) Ownership of balance sheet controls and reconciliations Delivering on internal and external reporting requirements and ensuring the University and subsidiary companies reporting requirements are met Responsible for the audit engagement with the statutory auditor (Comptroller and Auditor General), external auditor, and internal auditors Acting as cover for finance team members in the event of their absence Ensure that strong and open communication lines are maintained with the General Manager, and Group Finance Skills and Qualifications Qualified accountant ( ACCA,CIMA,ACA) Experience with the month-end and year-end close cycles, the production of financial statements and dealing with an annual audit Proficiency in accounting systems software Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Self-motivated with good communication skills For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Chelsea Butler or reach out in absolute confidence at.
