Job Title: Human Resources Manager
This role involves overseeing all aspects of HR, with a focus on data analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from various sources, including time and attendance systems, employee culture surveys, exit interviews, employment records, and training databases.
Data Analysis:
* You will analyze data and statistics to identify trends and patterns related to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Prepare reports on data results, presenting findings to the HR manager and making recommendations for policy improvements based on metrics and analysis.
* Develop and implement strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates, motivate and retain employees, address staffing issues, and maintain legal compliance.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
* Arrange and conduct inductions for new hires, covering all aspects of the recruitment process from advertising to induction on site.
* Coordinate the recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective communication with applicants and new hires.
Data Management:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data, ensuring correct and accurate reporting and data analysis.
* Cleanse data to eliminate errors and inconsistencies, ensuring that information is reliable and trustworthy.
Compliance and Support:
* Conduct internal HR compliance audits to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
* Provide HR support to employees, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and confidential manner.

* Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in creating spreadsheets, graphs, and presentations.

Education and Experience:
