Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Order Processing: Handle customer orders via phone and email efficiently and accurately.
2. Sample Management: Coordinate the sending of product samples to clients and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
3. Sales Team Support: Provide essential administrative support to 2-3 sales representatives, including managing queries and assisting with daily tasks.
4. In-house System & MS Office: Use our internal system to manage tasks while demonstrating strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
5. Customer Query Management: Act as the first point of contact for any customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small, collaborative team of three other professionals in similar roles.
Key Requirements:
7. Sales Admin Experience: Previous experience in a sales administration role is essential.
8. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
9. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
10. Team Player: Ability to thrive in a team environment while also being comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
