Purpose
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned customers, delivering customer renewals/retention and revenue growth. You will develop new business opportunities by actively seeking upsell licenses and topics. Develop strong relationships by ensuring Compliance & Risks provides compelling solutions and services that meet our customers' needs and objectives.
Responsibilities
1. 'On Time' C2P Subscription Renewals: Adopt a structured renewal process.
2. Customer Retention Targets: Achieve industry-leading targets across your assigned customer base.
3. Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify early risk of customer churn/downsell and implement a plan to mitigate the risk and maximize ARR retention.
4. Customer Contact Strategy: Deliver value-add customer engagement.
5. Account Planning: Develop Account Plans to deliver retention and renewals growth for your customer base.
6. Renewals Revenue Growth Opportunity Development: Proactively identify opportunities for upsell across your customer base.
7. Affinity Engagement: Engage with Customer Success to gain a thorough overview of the Customer Health Score for your assigned customers and collaborate on plans to optimize C2P usage.
8. Thought Leadership: Engage the GRCT SMEs as required, to support your customers and reinforce our position as a Thought Leader in the marketplace.
9. Customer Feedback and Insights: Provide customer feedback and insights to the product and development teams.
Requirements
* B2B Customer Account Management Experience: 3-5 years.
* Educational Background: Degree level in technical, business or legal fields.
* Software / Technical Skills: Advantageous.
* Sales or Account Management Experience: Enterprise environment, preferably SaaS.
* Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Highly desirable.
