Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Worker located in Longford. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families, conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. They will also be involved in advocating for clients' needs, offering counseling services, and maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
Qualifications
* Experience in conducting assessments and developing care plans
* Ability to offer counseling services and provide support to individuals and families
* Strong advocacy and communication skills
* Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
* Valid social work license or certification
* Experience working in a healthcare or social services setting is a plus
