Independence Manager Role Overview

* Primary point of contact for Personal Independence Compliance Testing (PICT) / Point in Time (PIT) Testing / Checkpoint Clearance Testing Selectee
* Oversee compliance audits conducted by Service Delivery Centre (SDC) to ensure adherence to personal independence policies and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with SDC team to ensure comprehensive documentation and provide guidance on personal independence policies and procedures
You will have opportunities to interact with partners and practice teams across the firm and develop technical knowledge of key areas of firm regulatory risk.
This role requires strong oral and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Working independently in a fast-paced environment with various stakeholders is essential. This position offers the opportunity to participate in innovation and development of Independence processes and PwC Global initiatives.

As an Independence Manager, your primary responsibilities include:
* Managing Personal Independence Compliance Testing (PICT), Point in Time (PIT) Testing, and Checkpoint Clearance Testing Selectee engagements
* Leading compliance audits by Service Delivery Centre (SDC) teams to ensure adherence to personal independence policies and regulatory requirements
* Providing guidance and support to SDC teams on personal independence policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working with complex regulations and policies.
