The role suits someone looking to gain varied experience in Fund Manco administration by supporting operational risk and regulatory reporting. As an Analyst you will be involved in the daily activity of the fund reporting function and will have exposure to a range of risk and regulatory reporting duties. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the firm, including senior management; To be successful you will need to be proactive and able to work in a dynamic environment where flexibility is key and ongoing learning are required. Working closely with the Regulatory Reporting Lead and the Chief Risk Officer you will provide support to ensure that Prescients reporting and operational risk functions operate effectively. Prepare and review regulatory returns in line with Central Bank of Ireland requirements. Deliver regulatory and client reporting services Manage any changes to existing regulatory reporting requested by the Central Bank of Ireland and other European regulators. Ensure checklists and internal control guidance is followed during financial statement & returns production. Operate within an appropriate control environment and continually assess the process/procedures to identify areas for improvement Collate reporting requirements to Committees and Boards Produce ad hoc reporting to key business stakeholders Collation and analysis of regular Management Information and metrics in relation to operations and risk Provide input to operational risk and financial reporting responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and client Due Diligence Questionnaires Administration and Support of the group wide operational risk tools in particular Support senior management in risk initiatives Required Experience: 1-3 years experience in a related role where you have gained exposure to Fund Administration, Fund Accounting and / or Manco administration Related financial qualification required Knowledge of UCITS regulations (advantageous). Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and regulations Experience with fund accounting and financial reporting systems. Why apply?
