This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work on technically challenging projects while enjoying the flexibility of remote working.The RoleAs Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for roofing, cladding, and façade projects. Working closely with the commercial and project teams, you will play a key role in securing new work and supporting the continued growth of the business.This is a fully remote position, with regular online collaboration and occasional site or office visits as required.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissionsMeasure and quantify works from drawings and specificationsReview architectural, structural, and technical drawingsAnalyse project specifications and contract requirementsSource and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractorsBuild up rates, preliminaries, and marginsIdentify risks, opportunities, and value-engineering optionsSupport bid reviews and tender handovers to project teamsMaintain accurate records of estimates and pricing dataRequirementsDegree or qualification in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or related field (preferred)3+ years' experience in estimating, preferably within roofing and claddingStrong knowledge of roofing systems and materialsExperience with cladding systemsKnowledge of rainscreen façade systemsProficient in Excel and estimating softwareExcellent ability to interpret drawings and specificationsStrong commercial awareness and attention to detailSelf-motivated and capable of working independentlyReliable internet connection and suitable home working setupWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary package, dependent on experienceFully remote working arrangementLong-term opportunity with a growing specialist contractorExposure to high-value, technically complex projectsSupportive and collaborative team environmentHow to ApplyIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply through Indeed.
