Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team, providing specialist autism services for adults across various settings.




About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, assisting individuals with complex needs to live independently and engage in their communities. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services that promote autonomy, inclusion, and empowerment.




Key Responsibilities:


* Assist with daily living activities and routines,
* Develop Person Centred Plans,
* Maintain accurate records of service user interactions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have experience working with vulnerable groups or individuals requiring support. A willingness to learn about autism spectrum conditions (ASC) would also be beneficial.
