The four star, family-run Avalon House Hotel are currently seeking Breakfast food service staff to join our expanding team.
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Breakfast Servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests during breakfast service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys early shifts and has a passion for hospitality.
We have both Part and Full-time positions available; experience is an advantage but not a requirement, as full training will be given to successful candidates. All candidates need experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
* Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
* Ensure buffet stations are well-stocked and presented neatly.
* Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently.
* Process payments and operate POS systems as required.
* Assist in setting up and closing down the breakfast service.
* Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in food & beverage service is preferred but not essential.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
* Punctuality and reliability for early morning shifts.
* Must be available Monday to Friday mornings.
