Candidates highly sought after will have direct experience ideally in more Commercial and Industrial scale Mechanical Building Services installations. Sectors and environments this company regularly conduct their specialist M&E installation work include Data Centres, Stadia, Logistics (Warehouses & Distribution Centres), Pharma Manufacture, Healthcare i.e Hospitals, Hotels and Leisure as well as High-End Residential, including apartment blocks, to name a few. Predominantly based in Dublin, you will also visit a variety of sites throughout Ireland where you will be responsible for the operational and commercial management of a portfolio of projects, therefore your flexibility to travel approximately 40% of your time is required to enable success in the role. The position will include overseeing the lifecycle of a variety of interesting contracts from pre-construction, handover through to final completion. As a proven and skilled Contracts Manager, you will ensure that all projects are resourced effectively, risks are mitigated and client relationships are maintained, whilst acting as the primary point of escalation for any potential project related issues. You will manage and coordinate the deployment of Project Managers, site labour and specialist subcontractors and conduct regular site safety inspections and audits, ensuring 100% compliance with RAMS and CDM regulations.
