We are seeking an accomplished Reservations Manager to lead our reservations department and contribute to the success of our luxury hotel in Wexford. * Key Responsibilities:
* Direct and manage the reservations team, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional service
* Oversee and process room bookings, group reservations, and corporate accounts
* Monitor occupancy levels and implement strategies to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction
* Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless operations
The successful Reservations Manager will oversee all aspects of the reservations process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth booking journey for every guest. They will also train and develop staff, driving a culture of excellence and service.
Requirements
* Prior experience as a Reservations Manager or in a senior reservations role within a 4- or 5-star hotel
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Proficiency in hotel reservations systems and Microsoft Office
