We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Hybrid Team Member.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Experience:
* Ensure every client receives a warm welcome, including a personalized greeting and goodbye.
* Induct first-time clients thoroughly, introducing them to the studio and guiding them around the facility.
* Deliver outstanding service during class sign-in, processing payments and bookings efficiently while upholding high standards.
* Be proactive in handling complex client inquiries and delivering custom solutions to meet individual needs.
* Use downtime to identify areas of opportunity for client outreach and community building.
1. Fuel Bar Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve high-quality protein shakes and provide excellent customer service in the Fuel Bar.
* Handle pre-orders and post-orders with a positive attitude.
* Assist clients with questions and product selection.
1. Facility Maintenance:
* Clean equipment, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors before, after, and in-between classes.
* Regularly deep clean and maintain common areas, including reception space, Fuel Bar, retail shelves, locker rooms, hallways, and storage areas.
Requirements:
* Able to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Strong customer service skills with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Able to prioritize and work within a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional cleaning skills and attention to detail.
