Job Role:
We are seeking a Finance Professional to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
This role will act as an interface between Finance and business teams, providing insights and guidance on cost efficiency initiatives.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Support the Executive Manager in partnering with stakeholders to deliver transformation initiatives, aligning with organisational goals
* Act as a liaison between business and finance, using data insights to inform decisions on resource allocation and process improvements
* Engage with operational leaders to understand business drivers and identify opportunities for improvement
* Develop and present key trends and cost drivers in a commercially relevant way, ensuring clarity across stakeholders
* Monitor benefits realisation of approved initiatives and escalate any deviations from plan
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
* 5-10 years of Finance experience, ideally in Business Partnering or Financial Planning role
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with a track record in stakeholder engagement
* Proficiency in interpreting financial dashboards and reports
* Experience working with SAP, cost centre data and transformation projects
* Excellent presentation, communication and Microsoft Office skills
