Service Now Business Consultant (With Dutch)
DXC Technology is seeking a Service Now Business Consultant to support our growth in the Service Now Business Group in the Netherlands.
The candidate will be part of an innovative team that defines and deploys world‑class customer solutions using the Service Now platform.
Job Description
The Service Now Business Consultant provides process and functional expertise as a consulting service to clients, contributing to the design and delivery of Service Now solutions including customer engagement, user requirement definition, change management, demonstrations, business‑focused testing and training.
You will develop and demonstrate specialised knowledge and skills in Service Now as an enterprise solution.
Responsibilities
Work as part of a team of Service Now specialists delivering solutions to multiple customers.
Lead workshops to demonstrate the platform and application functionality, define the client's current and desired state, and propose solutions.
Build client understanding of Service Now functionality and present high‑quality demonstrations, story definitions, testing, and support for wider sales and delivery functions.
Mentor and train more junior team members.
Produce documentation and training material for implemented solutions and conduct client training.
Act as an effective problem solver able to examine and re‑engineer processes, procedures and practices.

Service Now Solution Consultants

Service Now Architects
(Technical) Consultants
External:
Main stakeholders such as CTOs, customer architects, Product Owners
Customer developers and IT technical staff
Service Now support team and Technical Experts
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience within the Service Now platform (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, Sec Ops, HRSD and/or other areas).
Experience consulting external customers.
Knowledge of ITSM and agile ways of working frameworks such as Dev Ops, IT4 IT, ITIL.
Strong experience in the full life cycle of software development, from business requirements analysis to solution design, testing and go‑live.
Understanding of Service Management concepts, delivery assurance principles and procedures.
Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to present solutions to senior management and a strong focus on customer service.
Pro‑active, creative, able to research solutions, make recommendations and learn new challenges.
Strong personal commitment to quality service.
Experience dealing with technical end‑users in a service‑oriented role.
Capacity to travel if necessary (not integral to this position).
Fluent in Dutch and English; another European language is an asset.
