The Role
You'll be pivotal in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Compliance Leadership:
Work closely on ISO ***** implementation, maintenance, and audits
Ensure ongoing compliance with banking/financial regulations (GDPR, etc.)
Develop, document, and continuously improve security & compliance policies
Automation & Process Improvement:
Design/implement automation for compliance and security monitoring
Streamline compliance processes using modern tools and scripting
Embed security and compliance controls into the SDLC in collaboration with Engineering/Product
Risk Management:
Conduct risk assessments and manage remediation plans
Monitor, report, and escalate security/compliance risks
Support incident response and investigations
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Legal, and clients
Communicate compliance requirements to technical/non-technical audiences
Participate in audits, providing evidence and expert explanations
Advise business and clients on product security
About You
Ideally gained over 2 years' experience in security and compliance, with an understanding on the fintech or banking sector (ideally - not essential)
Good knowledge of ISO *****, GDPR, and financial sector regulations
Experience with automation tools for compliance/security (e.g., SIEM, GRC platforms, scripting)
Familiarity with cloud security, DevSecOps, and secure SDLC practices
Demonstrated ownership and accountability—able to deliver results independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Degree in a relevant field; ISO ***** Lead Implementer/Auditor certification preferred
