Reporting to AD Sales & Marketing, the role of the Sales & Marketing Executive will be part of the Sales Team based in Dublin. There will be the opportunity to work proactively and collaboratively with other members of the Evara team as we deliver new neighbourhoods and communities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales & Marketing Executive who wants to work on exciting residential projects.
Key Accountabilities
Liaising with the Sales & Marketing Teams the successful candidate will be responsible for:
SITE PRESENTATION
* Ensuring that Show courts and Showhouses are presented to the Evara Standard for each sales launch.
* Ensure that all on site marketing assets are installed on time, are presentable and in good working order including, hoarding, signage, showhouse and development branding
* Coordinate landscaping for show gardens, common areas and showcourt approach areas
* Sales office – coordinate with the signage company, interior designer and appointed Sales Agent to ensure that the layout is as expected and all signage, furniture and branding is installed in time for sales launch.
* Liaise with onsite teams to ensure that show homes are snagged and presentable for sales launch items.
* Liaising with the Sales & Marketing Managers this In conjunction with the Mark Development Marketing campaigns – review content, approve ads, monitor spend
* Prepare launch strategy for sales release
* Marketing Budget reconciliation + Invoice management
* Collate and prepare sales guides for selling agents in advance of sales launches
* Liaise with appointed sales agents and ensure timely receipt of SANs
* Marketing Brochures – liaise with external design teams to ensure that the floorplans and finishes are detailed correctly for the development brochure
* Branding Management – liaising with the marketing manager, approve concepts for the development, review and approve assets to ensure all deadlines are met.
* Homeowners’ packs – liaise with supplier and ensure each development has sufficient stock.
* Launch Preparation items -
o Elevations, redline and floorplans folder for agents
o A-Z brief for sales teams
* Photography & Matterport Management
* HubSpot data input
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum 3 years new homes experience
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise, multi-task and trouble shoot essential.
* Ability to manage own workload and time.
* Be a team Player.
* Highly organized.
* Clean drivers licence
* Results oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Key Skills
The successful candidate will have:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in preferably New Homes Sector
* A keen eye for detail
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Strong communicator & excellent interpersonal skills
