Associate HR Business Partner
to join a leading pharmaceutical organisation based in
South Dublin
.
This is a
13-month fixed-term contract
working in a
hybrid capacity
(three days on-site per week).
In this role, you will work closely with senior HR professionals to deliver people initiatives, coordinate projects, and support employees across a range of HR programmes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Generalist looking to grow into a HR Business Partner role within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Your new job Key duties and responsibilities:
Support the delivery of HR programmes and projects across the Irish business network, including employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and culture initiatives.
Coordinate HR activities such as meetings, events, reporting, and communication updates, ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
Act as a liaison with external HR vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance with service level agreements.
Maintain and update HR policies, internal portals, and documentation to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
Prepare and deliver monthly HR reports to support business decisions and governance requirements.
Provide operational support to HR Business Partners across key employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, performance reviews, and learning & development.
Partner with managers to address HR queries, case management, and employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
Support HR induction and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Assist with occupational health coordination, case management, and global mobility processes.
Organise HR-led events, forums, and communications to promote a positive workplace culture and strengthen leadership engagement.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related discipline; CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
2-3 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a large or multinational organisation.
Good understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about continuous learning and professional growth.
