Job Summary
Enable Ireland seeks a Team Leader to join their team in Dublin Adult Services - Crumlin & Rialto (CHO7 region). The successful candidate will lead a core team of adult support workers, promoting integration into the local community and facilitating access to programs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing effective service strategies;
* Supervising and mentoring staff to achieve high performance standards;
* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners;
* Contributing to the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures;
Required Skills and Qualifications
