Job Summary:
The Deputy Assistant Director (Office-in-Charge) is a critical role within the NADRA-Technologies-Ltd organization, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Peshawar Region. This position requires an individual with strong management and leadership skills to ensure efficient execution of tasks and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational objectives
* Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
* Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology from a HEC verified institution
* At least 16 years of relevant experience in a senior management role
* Prior experience in a similar role within a government or semi-government organization is preferred
Terms and Conditions:
* Residents from eligible tehsils will be allowed to take the test at one location only
* Candidates must bring original documents, including personal, educational, and professional certificates, for verification during the test
* Only female candidates will be considered for Female NRC positions
* A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is required for government/semi-government employees at the interview stage
* The selected candidate will undergo a 6-month probationary period, extendable based on performance
* Medical Fitness and Character Certificates are mandatory for all candidates
* Appointments are specific to a NADRA Registration Centre (NRC); transfers are not permitted
* Age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for this position
* No electronic gadgets are allowed during tests or interviews
* Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) will not be provided for test/interview purposes
