We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Front Office Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our front office desk.
Your primary focus will be on welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and providing excellent customer service to enhance their overall experience.
You will work closely with the Front Office Team to manage check-in and check-out procedures, develop efficient systems, and maintain a well-organized reception area.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong people skills, product knowledge, and sales ability. You will also need to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity in a busy hotel with a strong background in Front Office systems.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day front office operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
* Develop and implement efficient systems to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
* Collaborate with the Front Office Team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Minimum Qualifications:
* 1 year of experience in a similar capacity in a busy hotel with a strong background in Front Office systems.
* Working knowledge of Front Office Systems, preferably Opera.
* Excellent level of spoken & written English.
* Proven experience of working as part of a team.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
