We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our technical product strategy in the isolation technology space.
Key Responsibilities:
* New Product Definition:
o Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify unmet needs and inform product features and specifications.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and requirements based on customer input, market trends, and competitive analysis.
o Analyze industry trends and propose innovative product features and opportunities.
* Strategic Guidance:
o Provide strategic planning and growth initiatives by identifying emerging applications and product-market fit.
o Support long-term product portfolio strategy, positioning, and segmentation to align with business goals and evolving customer demands.
o Deliver insights on the competitive landscape and pricing strategy to inform go-to-market and business development decisions.
* Technical Marketing & Enablement:
o Translate complex semiconductor product specifications into compelling marketing collateral.
o Support new product introductions with launch planning, including messaging, collateral development, and demo creation guidance.
o Develop and maintain technical sales tools to enable the sales force and channel partners.
o Assist in training internal and external stakeholders on product features, applications, and value propositions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience in technical marketing, product definition, or applications engineering within the semiconductor industry.
* Solid understanding of IC technologies and their applications.
* Experience with customer engagement for technical needs assessment and product validation.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
