The Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position within a leading corporate law practice. You will work on large, cross-border transactions and advise a diverse client base, including public and private companies, state and public sector bodies, and high-growth entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on sophisticated corporate transactions and commercial matters.
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements and documentation.
* Manage multiple client matters, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
* Deliver commercially focused, high-quality legal advice.
The Person:
* Minimum of one years' post-qualification experience in corporate law, ideally from a top-tier, mid-tier, or reputable boutique firm.
* Strong technical expertise with exceptional drafting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Outstanding client service and a commercially minded approach.
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
* Flexible, proactive, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
