Practice Manager - Family Practice Clinic ??
Glasnevin | Fully Onsite | 40 hours/week | €20-€25 per hour | 2-Year FTC (option to go permanent earlier) We are a friendly, well-established family practice with a close-knit team of 5 doctors and 2 nurses, currently looking for a Practice Manager to join us as soon as possible.
?? The Role As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our clinic, supporting both clinical and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with procedures, and providing excellent service to our patients.
You will: Oversee daily operations of the clinic Manage staff schedules and general HR duties Handle patient records and support systems (including Socrative) Ensure adherence to regulatory and health guidelines Liaise with external partners and service providers ?
What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' experience in a medical secretary or practice management role Familiarity with Socrative system is highly desirable Strong organisational and people management skills Confident decision-maker with a hands-on approach Comfortable working fully onsite, 40 hours/week (8am-5pm) ??
