Your new role
As the HR Manager you will be:
You will provide support on various issues including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee engagement and training. You will advise on areas such as diversity, equity & inclusion, process improvement and talent development.
You will provide guidance and management support on HR policies and processes to employees and managers.
You will oversee the updating of company policies and employee handbooks.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you will:
Have at least 3 years' experience in a senior-level HR role.
You will be a very strong communicator with experience managing people.
You will be up-to-date with employment legislation and have experience dealing with employee relations issues.
