NB
* This will predominantly be an office based role- and is circa 32,000-35,000 and comes with a bonus and an excellent pension scheme and there is room for career progression. You must have at least 2- 3 years in a Customer Care/ Sales Support Role and be based in North Cork/ South Tipp/ Waterford region
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer accounts, reviewing production plans against customer orders ensuring all POs are met on required delivery date.
* Reviewing stock daily and reporting on any discrepancies
* Input of orders into Group system
* Booking & liaising with hauliers for all orders
* Updating and maintaining haulier Po's
* Compile stock reports for customers
* Liaise with each of the transport companies to make sure smooth running of loads to and from Group and all external warehouses.
* Send Haulage/Transport updates each day to relevant haulage contacts.
* Daily reporting of issues for morning update, conformance, and production.
* Liaise with various departments throughout the business to ensure smooth running of each account.
* Create export declarations for export loads and Create import declarations for import loads
* Liaise with customers & hauliers to ensure efficient and productive operations
* Keep up to date with changing customs legislations & procedures
MAIN SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Data entry and processing skills
* Excellent Team player and strong organisational skills are essential.
* Good time management skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Excellent attention to detail
and ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
