Project Manager for Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee key builds across residential, commercial, and public sector developments.
* Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple project stages.
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality targets, and client satisfaction.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects within budget and on time. They will be responsible for managing site logistics, coordinating with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring successful project delivery.
2. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and supply chain partners.
3. Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to achieve desired outcomes.
4. Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in a similar PM or Site Management role.
* Relevant construction qualification (Engineering, Construction Management, or related).
* Strong understanding of building regulations, construction methods, and industry standards.
* Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
* Able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
