Finance Manager Contract (6 - 12 Months) Location: Dublin 4 - Hybrid Salary: €70,000 (pro rata) Annual Leave: 23 days (pro rata) Osborne is currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join a renowned not-for-profit based in Dublin 4. This is a contract role for a minimum of 7 months, offering an excellent opportunity to lead a talented finance team, contribute to key strategic initiatives, and play a vital role in maintaining strong financial management and governance. The Ideal Finance Manager Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Proven experience in a finance management role, ideally within a not-for-profit, membership, or service-based organisation. Strong people management and leadership skills with experience guiding and developing teams. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Proficiency in financial systems and strong Excel capability. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Finance Manager Lead and support a team of three. Collaborate with the Financial Accountant to ensure smooth daily operations across the Finance Department. Manage workload distribution, delegate effectively, and set clear performance goals. Foster team development, continuous improvement, and high performance. Oversee finance processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices. Assist the Head of Finance in preparing monthly reporting packs and variance analysis. Support the Finance Committee and senior management with financial insights and updates. Lead finance-related projects focused on process enhancement and automation. Partner with internal teams, including Technology, to implement new systems and improve reporting capabilities. Manage relationships with external providers to maintain and upgrade financial systems. Collaborate on organisational projects ensuring financial alignment and insight. Maintain a robust financial control environment in line with legislative and regulatory standards. Support audit processes, including statutory and internal audits. Review and update finance policies, ensuring best practice and compliance. Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to Data Protection requirements. Contribute to special projects that support organisational goals.
