The Project Management Analyst will work with the Chief of Staff and companystakeholders to gather and collate data on portfolio and programme performancesupporting the delivery of the company-widestrategic initiatives in accordance with governance frameworks. You will also support the Chief of Staff to communicate and report on performance on a monthly basis. Responsible for the management and delivery of the Corporate sub-portfolio, ensuring there is alignment to strategic initiatives. Gather and collate data e.g. KPIs across all An Post pillars relating to portfolio and programme performance. Identify potential areas of conflict and inter dependencies between programmes, managing resolution and escalation processes where required. Ensure that the Project Governance and Change Management frameworks and project assets are fit for purpose, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing where appropriate. Investigate business problems and opportunities by identifying, aggregating and analysing data, producing recommendations to inform decision making, and following through with implementation if agreed. Ensure that Project Governance and Change Management frameworks are adhered to and thatproject assets (e.g. programme plans, RAIDS, etc.) are utilised and kept up to date. Where needed, assist in the monitoring and delivery of strategic projects, working with programme managers and initiative owners to ensure delivery in line with required milestones, budgets, timelines and to the highest level of quality. Support project managers and initiative owners to track benefits. The ideal candidate will have recent and relevant Project Management experience or experience in a similar role with professional qualifications in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, CAPM, etc). You will have the ability to communicate effectively, presenting complex details, concepts and information at the appropriate level relative to the audience with excellent numerical skills and the ability to turn data into useful and actionable insights. A third level education in a related field such as Project Management, Business, Finance etc. is essential for this role.
