Job Overview:
The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our products and services. This position is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of quality plans, programs, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supports the team in ensuring that all products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Fully competent in applying quality engineering tools and techniques, with emphasis on validation protocols (DQ, IQ, OQ, & PQ), c GMP, PFMEAs, and support for DMF generation where necessary.
* Uses scrap reduction methodologies and process capability analysis to provide robust defect-free processes.
Requirements:
* Technical expertise in quality control statistics and lean manufacturing concepts.
* Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
