Requirements
Experience in financial planning or employee benefits
QFA qualification or working towards CFP or Higher Diploma in Pensions Management (AIIPM)
Strong interpersonal skills and client relationship management
Proven sales target achievement
Understanding of regulatory requirements
Experience in lead generation from corporate clients
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Team player mentality
Minimum 3 years’ industry experience
Full driver’s license
