Project Quality ManagerLocation:Mons, Belgium(17/4 Rotation)Discipline:QualityEmployment Type:Permanent or day rate contract availableRate/Salary:€105,000 – €125,000 gross salary OR €450 – €550 per day rate (additional benefits: Flights, accommodation, and travel allowance provided)Start Date:ASAPRef Code:DES-1108Contact: | NB: The ideal candidate MUST hold a valid EU passport and be eligible to work in Belgium.Our client is currently seeking aProject Quality Managerto work on a hyperscale data centre project in Mons, Belgium.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Acting as the Project's technical resource for Construction Quality Management, reporting to the Project Director.Developing and managing the implementation of the Project's Construction Quality Management Program in line with client requirements.Reviewing and ensuring alignment with the Client's Construction Quality Assurance Program.Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all Project Contractors regarding quality requirements.Reviewing and approving Subcontractors' quality submittals – including Quality Plans and ITPs.Leading the implementation of the Project Benchmark / First of Kind program.Attending weekly Construction meetings and leading Quality meetings with Subcontractors.Overseeing the Quality team to ensure compliance with ITPs and that records and documentation are uploaded to BIM 360.Managing Non-Conformance Reports and BIM Issues, ensuring timely close-out.Conducting Failure Investigations, including Root Cause Analysis, and implementing corrective/preventive actions.Driving the Lessons Learned process and championing Lean Construction principles, focusing on eliminating rework.Developing and publishing weekly Quality Dashboard Reports.Implementing the Construction Clean Build Program.Ensuring all Contractor/Subcontractor staff receive Site Quality Inductions.Leading the Walkdown procedure as per project procedures.What we are looking for:Strong communication and leadership skills.Proven experience operating as a Quality Manager on large, complex projects.Ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders in a live, dynamic environment.Experience within the data centre or similar large-scale construction sector preferred.
