Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a
Compliance Assistan
t to join our Compliance Function on a
Fixed Term Contract of 12 months duratio
n. Located in Dublin, the Compliance Assistant will report to the European Head of Compliance (based in Dublin).

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day compliance function operational activities and the delivery of regulatory projects.

This Role Will Require You To

* Providing administrative support to the Compliance team
* Supporting the preparation of compliance reports for management/Boards/Committees
* Managing Licence Applications
* Assisting with fitness and probity requirements
* Managing regulatory correspondence

About You
We are looking for a self-starter who has a "can do" attitude and enjoys collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. As an ideal candidate you seek a job in a fast paced multicultural environment, and posess the following skills:

* Exceptional administrative ability
* Abiltiy to manage up
* wards and deal with multiple stakeholders
* Strong customer service skills
* Proficient in MS Office
* Effective time management and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
* Excellent interpersonal skills and communication style
* Excellent attention to detail combined with an ability to accurately complete high volume work in a deadline driven environment
* Demonstrated ability to work well within a team, and to build strong relationships with colleagues
