Quality Assurance Technician (Dutch Speaking)
We’re partnering with a global technology leader to hire a Quality Assurance Technician to support the testing and quality of next-generation voice and AI-driven products across multiple devices and international markets.

The Role
You’ll play a key part in ensuring high-quality user experiences across different locales by executing tests, identifying defects, and contributing to continuous improvement within the QA function.
Working alongside QA Engineers, Managers, and cross-functional teams, you’ll help deliver seamless, natural, and culturally relevant interactions for users worldwide.
Execute manual and automated test cases following defined SOPs
Perform linguistic and cultural validation (localisation, tone, fluency, relevance)
Analyse automation failures and identify root causes
Log, track, and verify defects using tools like JIRA
Reproduce issues and confirm fixes across environments
Review logs, traces, and error outputs for debugging
Support regression testing across multiple locales and devices
Install/configure software and test environments
Provide clear reporting on test progress and results
Recommend improvements to testing processes, tools, and metrics
What You’ll Bring
2+ years’ experience in Software QA / Testing
Hands‑on experience with manual + automated testing
Strong defect management experience (e.g. JIRA)
Ability to analyse logs and distinguish real bugs vs environment issues
Experience working across multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux, Mobile)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Strong communication skills in English
Fluency in Dutch, German, or French
Experience in localisation / linguistic QA
Exposure to voice assistants, AI, or conversational systems
Familiarity with automation scripting (Python, Ruby, Shell)
Understanding of STLC, CI/CD, Agile environments
Interest in languages, culture, and emerging AI technologies
