Overview
Over-The-Counter Derivative Pricing Associate II (Supervisor) – Dublin, Ireland (hybrid)
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day workflows of the OTC Pricing Dublin Team.
* Review daily and monthly OTC asset pricing, ensuring tasks are completed according to agreed guidelines and procedures; apply problem-solving skills to resolve valuation breaks and pricing exceptions accurately.
* Assist team members with pricing issues and handle internal and external queries.
* Act as a primary contact for the OTC Valuations team when engaging with internal and external stakeholders to test new assets and launch new clients and portfolios.
* Ensure the integrity of security master data on the OTC database by reviewing and approving security master records completed by analysts.
* Collaborate with colleagues and contribute new perspectives to achieve team goals.
* Suggest and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency while mitigating risk.
* Provide training on the theoretical and technical aspects of all OTC securities to team members.
Qualifications
* Experience in the funds industry, preferably in a quantitative finance/pricing role.
* Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of other team members is preferred.
* Working knowledge of OTC instruments is advantageous.
* Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
* Dependable, adaptable, and able to lead by example.
* Excellent analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
