Lead Generation Marketing Manager
We have an exciting opportunity available in our Marketing department for Verisure Ireland, based in our offices in Dublin, London, or Newcastle. We are seeking a reliable, experienced Lead Generation Manager to join our busy marketing team and be part of Europe’s leading home and business security provider. This is a full-time, newly created role with a clear career path to Marketing Director.
Lead Generation Marketing Manager Job Purpose
As the Lead Generation Manager, you will report to the Marketing Director and be responsible for ensuring optimal performance in both online and ATL marketing. You will present learnings, assist in budget and forecast exercises, analyze performance, and provide critical business support to drive decision-making. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, well-organized, persistent, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills.
The candidate will lead our Lead Generation operations with a hands-on approach to improve our website. Understanding of our CMS, CRM, and other databases is essential. You should quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of our business to influence decision-making. The ideal candidate is independent, entrepreneurial, self-directed, and capable of establishing reporting and processes to support marketing leadership and strategic projects.
Job Duties
1. Digital CRO: Test and update the website, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and volume.
2. Marketing Content: Generate and adapt video and image designs for online marketing and ATL, supervise graphic designers, and enhance text content for SEO.
3. TV Performance & Support: Understand and leverage TV advertising influence on lead generation, coordinate with production agencies, and manage timely delivery of TV content.
4. Lead Allocation Optimization: Review campaign performance daily, analyze dips and peaks, test lead distribution channels, and track digital marketing effectiveness across branches, providing actionable insights.
5. Financial Reporting: Manage accounting responsibilities, ensure timely financial reports, variance analysis, billing, and maintain controls over client billing and credit notes.
Requirements / Must Have
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or Business; Master’s preferred
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
* Advanced HTML and CSS skills
* Knowledge of SEO best practices
* SQL and database management is a plus
* Reliable, autonomous, organized, and able to prioritize tasks
* Highly analytical with data-driven decision-making skills
* Experience or strong interest in marketing
