As Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, International you will play a critical role in scaling Clio’s end‑to‑end Lead‑to‑Cash motion across the International markets while optimizing existing revenue processes to support sustainable growth.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & International Scaling – Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing Revenue Operations team focused on supporting international growth and regional distinctions.Partner with International GMs & Senior Leadership – Collaborate on OKRs and operationalize revenue strategies aligned with Clio’s growth objectives.System & Revenue Operations – Identify, design, and implement improvements to global revenue workflows and processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and visibility across regions.Optimize Revenue Tech Stack – Own and optimize systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, Stripe, and Netsuite to support the Lead‑to‑Cash lifecycle.Sales Forecasting & Planning – Develop accurate, global sales forecasts using historical data, pipeline analysis, and market trends; establish realistic targets, quotas, and capacity plans across regions.Sales Reporting & Executive Communication – Prepare and present recurring reports, dashboards, and insights on sales performance and key metrics.Revenue Analytics & Insights – Conduct historical reviews, segmentation, and lead predictive analytics to surface growth opportunities and performance risks.Candidate ProfileHigh‑impact self‑starter who takes initiative and operates well with little guidance.Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure data‑driven analyses and build data architecture.Experience with Salesforce (plus Einstein/CRM) and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI or similar.Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.Flexibility, resilience and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Preferred Experience5+ years of people‑leadership experience managing direct reports.8+ years in operations, sales, consulting, finance, or analytical and strategic roles.Experience managing teams in high‑growth, performance‑focused environments.Experience in B2B SaaS businesses or with other sales organizations, especially in technology or digital space.Strong project‑management skills and ability to mobilize cross‑functional teams.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary range for this role: €110,700 – €166,100 EUR (local currency bands apply).Top‑tier health and dental benefits.Hybrid work environment; expectation for local employees to be in the office at least twice per week.Flexible time‑off policy and pension contribution.Clioversary recognition program with special acknowledgement at 3, 5, 7, and 10 years.EEO & AccessibilityClio is committed to equal employment and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply.Accessibility accommodations are provided during the recruitment process; please let us know your needs.
