Purpose of the Marketing Manager
To lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
The Marketing Manager will oversee campaigns across digital and traditional channels, manage a team, and collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO, events).
Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to improve ROI.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
Brand & Content
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Oversee content creation for blogs, newsletters, ads, and promotional materials.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
Use data-driven insights to inform future strategies.

?? Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIM, Google Ads) are a plus.

5+ years in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Proven success in campaign management and team leadership.
